Full Moon Resort Wedding – Charlie and Katty are Married!
I haven’t been to Full Moon Resort for a wedding in a while, so I was excited to head back up for Charlie and Katty’s day! I spent a little time before their wedding hanging out at their rehearsal as well, and the experience was wonderful in spite of a little rain! So excited for the two of them and can’t wait to head back up to Full Moon again next year!
About the Couple
Where did your wedding take place?
Full Moon Resort
What was your favorite moment on your wedding day?
Walking down the aisle and seeing Charlie’s face was definitely the most magical moment of the day.
What was the most helpful piece of advice you received when it came to planning your wedding?
The most helpful piece of advice we received was to remember why we were planning this big party. It’s easy to get stressed about the details, but if you remember what it is all for nothing else really matters. It is all about the love you have for your partner and celebrating it! That makes it easier to let go of what color the linens may be. Also, the reception goes so quickly. Charlie and I remembered to take a moment alone, walk outside, and look through the window at all our loved ones dancing and having fun because our love brought them there. That was a really special moment for us.
What was the biggest reason you chose Dave Shay Photography on your wedding day?
We chose Dave Shay because we liked how his photography focuses on the real heartfelt moments. We wanted to capture the day, not just pose for our pictures.
How would you describe your Wedding day? Use as many or as few words as you’d like
Our wedding day was an easy-going, bohemian, foggy, breathtaking, magical day.
