Hoboken Engagement Photos | New York Wedding Photographer | Jacki + Brad
I have taken a lot of Hoboken engagement photos throughout my time shooting between Raleigh and New York. With Laura and Drew and Katie and Jordan we spent most of our time right along the waterfront, so I was very excited to mix things up and explore some places I haven’t shot before. Here’s some of my favorites from the day and some more about them below!

We both love to run! We actually were both on the cross country team for rival schools in high school and college, and competed at the same events, but didn’t meet until after college!
We went away to the 1000 Islands for a quiet weekend away. We went on a boat tour through the islands with a final destination of Bolt Castle on Heart Island. While walking around the castle and island, Brad started becoming awkward because he had buttoned his shorts pocket with the ring in it and was trying to get it out. Finally, we rested at a bench overlooking the water, and Brad got down on one knee to pop the question. In typical Brad fashion, he hurt his knee as he kneeled down, but all was OK and of course Jacki said yes!

The engagement shoot was a blast! We never felt rushed at any time, and it was really cool how we traveled to a bunch of different locations! We were impressed with both Dave and Victor’s artistic ideas for photo opportunities. We know we won’t be disappointed!
