Farmstead Golf & Country Club Wedding – John and Gina are Married!
About the Couple
Where did your wedding take place?
Farmstead Golf & Country Club
What was your favorite moment on your wedding day?
The few minutes we had after the ceremony! Although we did all photos before the ceremony, we were carted away as soon as we walked down the aisle to take some fun photos and just be together. It was probably the only time we spent (almost) alone the whole day!
What was the most helpful piece of advice you received when it came to planning your wedding?
The details come together. Things will go wrong: you can choose to get upset or roll with it!
What was the biggest reason you chose Dave Shay Photography on your wedding day?
His work is beautiful. He takes his job seriously, but through our talks together it was easy to tell that he enjoys what he does and has fun with it! Upon first speaking, he was able to walk us through what the day could look like, what he worries about what what we don’t have to worry about! He answers all of our (many questions) and made us feel comfortable about his services.
How would you describe your Wedding day? Use as many or as few words as you’d like
To put it simply, our wedding day was fun. We got married during covid in 2020. So our “big day” (in 2021) was more of a celebration than a stressful and scary day. The things that mattered most were put to the front and the nonsense that brides usual stress about wasn’t there. Once our photographers arrived (on time) and they took over! They held the timeline for me and made sure they got all the shots in the time they were given! We had genuine fun and tossed the stress to the wind!
