The Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve Wedding – Brian and Christina are Married!
About the Couple
Where did your wedding take place?
The Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve
What was your favorite moment on your wedding day?
Wow! That’s hard to answer as the whole day was wonderful. If we had to pick it would be a 3 way tie between the first look, the ceremony itself, and all of the speeches. All of those events were a perfect combination of sincerity, silliness, and authenticity that I think really captured who we are as a couple.
What was the most helpful piece of advice you received when it came to planning your wedding?
To be present, to slow down, and to take a quite moment to take it all in. The day went by so fast, that I’m so glad that we took this advice!
What was the biggest reason you chose Dave Shay Photography on your wedding day?
Dave’s work is absolutely stunning, and he came highly recommended! Overall we wanted someone who would capture the day and us as we were, not how we were staged or posed. Candid shots for the win!
How would you describe your Wedding day? Use as many or as few words as you’d like
Authentic, silly, nerdy, classy, genuine, accepting, emotional, magical, contemporary, secular, space, sci-fi. But the best of all: “anything that can light up, WILL light up!
